Stock View provides stock market data, technical analysis, real-time price updates, and financial calculators for the US (S&P 500) market. The app offers the following access tiers:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Stock View Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with two plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
New users receive a free trial of 5 trading days (weekdays only, excluding weekends) upon creating an account. During the trial, access to certain premium features is limited. The trial period is calculated based on trading days, not calendar days.
Stock View uses OneSignal to deliver push notifications including market open/close summaries, bookmarked stock alerts, breakout and volume spike alerts, and trial expiry reminders. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Notification preferences and device tokens are managed by OneSignal's service.
Stock View provides near real-time price updates via a persistent connection to our servers during market hours. Price data is refreshed approximately every 15 minutes when the US market is open. Real-time updates are delivered automatically when the app is in the foreground and pause when the app is in the background to conserve battery.
Stock View includes financial calculators (P&L Calculator, Position Size Calculator, Tax Estimator, and SIP/DCA Calculator) as free tools available to all users. These calculators provide estimates only and should not be relied upon for actual financial decisions.
The Tax Estimator uses 2024 US federal tax brackets and does not account for state taxes, deductions, credits, or individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified tax professional for actual tax obligations.
All information provided in Stock View, including but not limited to market data, technical analysis, intelligent pattern recognition, Top Movers rankings, breakout and VWAP signals, and calculator results, is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.

All content, features, and functionality of Stock View, including but not limited to the intelligent analysis algorithm, technical scoring engine, real-time data infrastructure, UI design, and technical indicator implementations, are owned by Daaivin Communication and protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
