This data is used solely to deliver relevant notifications such as market summaries, bookmarked stock price alerts, breakout signals, and trial expiry reminders. OneSignal does not receive your name, email, or any other personal information.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings > Notifications > Stock View.
When the app is in the foreground during market hours, it maintains a persistent connection to our servers to receive real-time price updates. This connection does not transmit any personal information. Only the market data rooms you are viewing (e.g., large cap, indices) are communicated to optimize data delivery. The connection is automatically closed when the app moves to the background.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID password.
We store only your subscription status (active or inactive) to determine feature access. Apple manages all billing, renewals, and cancellations.
If you sign up with email, your password is securely hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption before being stored. We never store or have access to your plain-text password.

Bookmarked stock symbols are synced to our server along with your push notification identifier to deliver targeted stock alerts. All other local data remains on your device and is not shared with any third party.
The app fetches publicly available stock market data from third-party financial data providers to display prices, charts, technical indicators, news, and analysis results. No personal information is shared with these data providers.
Stock View uses Meta (Facebook) Core SDK solely to measure the effectiveness of our Meta Ads install campaigns. The SDK is configured in privacy-limited mode:
Meta receives only aggregated install and app-launch events needed to attribute installs to the ad you may have seen. All attribution is processed through Apple's privacy-safe SKAdNetwork framework.
Similarly, Google Ads on-device conversion and Apple Search Ads Attribution frameworks are used to measure installs from those ad platforms. None of these services identifies you personally.

Your account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Menu > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your account data from our servers.

Stock View is designed for users interested in stock market analysis. The app is not intended for children under 13. Users under 13 should not create an account without parental consent.
